Shipping Policy

We ship to customers locally and nationally, but some products are subject to restrictions which are defined below.

Free shipping is offered with qualifying orders of Two Hundred-Fifty 00/00 ($250.00) or more, for delivery within the continental United States. Shipping rates for non-qualifying orders due to excess weight and / or long destination based may not qualify. The weight of item is shown on the detail page of each item. We reserve the right to round all shipping weights up to the next full pound.

When order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated shipping cost and delivery date. The exact delivery time and date will depend upon the availability of the items ordered, and the schedule and ability of the best available shipping agent.

We make it quite easy to check your order status on-line. You can track your order after it has shipped by signing into your online account. Orders shipping with over the road common carrier might only display the tracking number in your online account, since deliveries are scheduled with the customer. We will email you a shipping confirmation with an order tracking number included. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us, so we can promptly resolve the issue.
