Return Policy
Shelton Sales is committed to supplying our customers with only the best products the industry has to offer. Even with our commitment, we realize that discrepancies and mistakes do happen. Therefore, in the unlikely event you need to return a product, we ask that you follow our guidelines and procedure shown next.
- We ask that you check ALL packages and enclosed products as soon as they are delivered. This will assist us in identifying and handling any problems that may occur with your order.
- If you do have a problem, please email, or call customer service at 318.514.8313.
Please remember to have your order number ready. Your Order number
found in the upper right-hand corner of the invoice.
- All returned products must be in its original carton with all packaging intact, unmarked and in its original good condition.
- All products must be returned within TEN (10) days of receipt of the products.
- Defective products must be reported within FIVE (5) business days of receipt of products.
- Shortages must be reported within THREE (3) days of receipt of products.
- Specially order products, including furniture, is NOT subject to return except in case of error by Shelton Sales.
- Damaged products at delivery should be refused and returned.
- Concealed damaged products should be reported immediately upon discovering.
- Shelton Sales has a 15% restocking fee applied to wrong item orders.
